What’s the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Stuff happens. If an event needs to be rescheduled, Dan will work with you in good faith to find a new date. Full terms are outlined in the agreement, but Dan is flexible and solutions-oriented. Please note that once an agreement is signed, it is expected that all fees will be paid. Generally speaking, the following applies to all agreements:

  • 30 days or more notice: We will happily apply 100% of fees as a credit toward a future event within one year.
  • Less than 30 days’ notice: A 50% credit is available toward a future event within one year.
  • Force Majeure: 100% of fees as a credit toward a future event to be scheduled when practical.
  • Speaker disruption: In the unlikely event that Dan suffers an illness, injury, or family emergency, rest assured, we will make it right. Dan will work with you to reschedule or, if necessary, tap into his network of stellar speakers to help find a fantastic replacement, ensuring your event still delivers a wow-worthy experience.
